It’s one thing to have great skills as an aesthetic clinician, but practice management expertise is imperative to turning those skills into financial benefits. Understanding this critical need, The Aesthetic Show 2019, taking place July 11 – 14 at the Wynn Las Vegas, is making practice management a priority, offering a menu of course opportunities for attendees throughout the entire four-day event.
The Certified Aesthetic Consultant Program
On Thursday, July 11, attend this full-day, intensive and interactive pre-show session to gain innovative, real-world strategies for patient communications, technology, Google algorithms, practice management and business plans. Focus areas include advanced marketing techniques, advanced practice metrics and business planning, advanced counseling and consultation conversion strategies and management skills for practice success.
Advanced techniques for practice success special focus courses
Beginning Friday, July 12, practice management experts and physician influencers will lead a series of special focus courses dedicated to advanced techniques for practice success. Module I: Patient Demographic Segmentation in Marketing will deal with how practices can meaningfully and successfully connect and capture a wide spectrum of patients using a more targeted approach to marketing.
This series of focus courses continues on Saturday, July 13, with Module II: Social Media Marketing, in which successful social media influencers will reveal their secrets and insights to effectively elevate your practice and brand using social media.
Also, on Saturday, Module III: Practice Management and Growth Concepts will address the distinct and dynamic factors involved in building and maintaining a successful aesthetic practice. Topics will include strategies for business growth, such as how to maintain strong professional core values and philosophies, staying ahead of the competition, building a brand identity, growing your patient base and increasing the bottom line.
Main program sessions
In addition to these supplemental courses, The Aesthetic Show’s main program will offer two sessions dedicated to practice management and legal regulations: The Legal Structure of an Aesthetic Practice and Practice Management and Marketing.
Taking place on Saturday, July 13, The Legal Structure of an Aesthetic Practice session will delve into advertising restrictions that could result in FTC violations, the legal ins and outs of medspas and aesthetic practices, and asset protection.
And on Sunday, July 14, the Practice Management and Marketing session will present case-studies and provide attendees with a comprehensive checklist they can use in practice to take their businesses to the next level. And for the first time, this session will offer an interactive panel discussion with a Q&A opportunity for attendees.
