Arrive 10 minutes early for a meet and greet with patients to help them feel more confident and comfortable. Our session features three live patients: a Caucasian male Millennial (33 years old), a Latinx female Gen X (43 years old), and a Caucasian female Baby Boomer (approximately 60 years old). Attendees can expect to discover strategies for assessing and understanding the preferences, concerns, and expectations of patients from different generations.
